Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Form

Welcome to City of Tontitown’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Form webpage. Use this form to request records that are not already available within the public domain. This form is offered as a courtesy and/or as a guide to assist you in providing a perfected FOIA request.

Once you have submitted your online request, City staff will review your request and notify you of any fees, if applicable. There is a charge for standard copies, which is the actual cost of the copies. There is no charge to review the files or documentation on site. Map copies are priced separately.

This form is NOT required for current items of business scheduled for public hearings or meetings by any City commission, board, committee, or council. Those files are available by contacting the appropriate City division. Current public meetings can be viewed on the City’s events calendar found HERE.
