Directly in the center of Tontitown is the ever-gorgeous, 7-acre Harry Sbanotto Park. The Harry Sbanotto Park offers many amenities to citizens and travelers alike, including Bocce Ball, Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis Courts, a playground, many pavilions for families to gather, and a 1/3 of a mile walking trail. This beautiful park boasts large shade trees and many picnic areas for families to enjoy during their visit.
We are now wanting to add to the beauty that is Harry Sbanotto Park by putting in 15 benches for families and friends to enjoy while visiting. The city of Tontitown is starting a Bench Donation Drive. If you are a local business or private citizen you are welcome to purchase one of these benches that will be placed around the park/walking trail to forever be remembered, admired, and used by patrons.
The benches will be 6 feet long and you are able to put an engraving on the 2 back panels. There will be a 32-character limit per panel. The total cost of the bench will be $1,500.00. This price will cover the bench along with a cement pad that it will be placed on.
Would you like to leave your mark on Tontitown? Please come by City Hall Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm to fill out an order form. Once payment is received, you will have the opportunity to pick the placement of your bench from 15 pre-selected spots around the park. These spots will be given on a first-come, first-serve bases.
