Welcome to City of Tontitown’s Change of Occupancy/Use Application. Follow the step-by-step process to complete the application.

Once you have submitted your online application, City of Tontitown staff will review your application and contact you if there are any questions.

A business license cannot be issued until a Change of Occupancy has been approved.

Fee: $100.00 includes COO.  Permits are not valid until payment is received. Permit fees will double if business is started before permit is approved.
