The City of Tontitown Fire Department is now accepting applications for a part-time Recruitment and Retention Coordinator.  The position will work 20 hours per week.

This position will develop, coordinate and manage the volunteer program.  They will attend community events, job fairs, visit schools and attend other events to promote the volunteer program.  The candidate will also function as a firefighter/EMT while on duty.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, Firefighter I &II, Instructor I IFSAC certification, have good communication and computer skills.  They should be proficient on various social media platforms.
