TONTITOWN STREETS

The Tontitown Streets are managed directly by the City Council. Ordinance 2007-02-281 provides for a committee of City Council members to review finance and street projects and make recommendations for the whole City Council to consider.

The Street Committee consists of at lease one member from each city ward. Street projects are prioritized by this committee, based on review of financial data and input from city engineers. Projects are prioritized not only by population in the immediate area but the impact on the city as a whole.

The committee meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM.
